The houses are located on a 492.58 m2 property, consisting of 4 houses with 2 levels each one, which are distributed throughout the property, leaving 5 m of frontage towards each street and a distance of 3.94 m between each house.
From street level volumes are perceived that float on the vegetation and the walls of adjoining; Chukum-based volumes that seem to emerge from the white earth.
They are delimited by a wooden gate of the site, (tzalam), where it is not known what a door is and what is wall A front of each street of 5 m is left for parking and to respect remove pre-existing vegetation.
When you open the door, you can glimpse an elongated oasis whose limit seems to have no end. between vegetation, reflecting pools, pools, four housing blocks can be seen suspended on 20 cm radius piles. The ground floor is free; moving from space to space of each dwelling shop through their common areas. The common areas are made up of 3 pools connected by a perimeter water mirror to the adjoining wall and vegetation
The stairs surround each housing block and culminate in the access to each level (including roof garden) Its chukum-based plaster finish is intended to blend in with the rest of the home. The railings are based on round 1 ” in rusty steel that serve as belts for the stairs.
The access to the first level is framed by a solid wood door in tzalam. Inside there is the living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry/cellar, 1/2 bathroom and terrace. The finishes both on the floor and on the wall are chukum-based. The only thing that stands out is the dark wood traditional of the site, both in the kitchen and in the furniture. The terrace doors are made of solid wood sliding blinds in tzalam. The 1/2 bathroom is ventilated through a lattice with a chukum-based finish to blend in with the rest of the housing block.
The access to the second level is framed by a circulation that is ventilated and illuminated from of a chukum-based lattice. There are three doors, master bedroom, bedroom 2 and bathroom. All spaces are illuminated and ventilated naturally. The floor finishes and walls are made of chukum. Doors and gates made of solid tzalam-type wood.
It is only half covered with a pergola-type cover made of wood and reed. In the perimeter walls have planters, followed by a 1.60 m swimming lane-type pool wide.
